At Jinal Resin Studio, all products are carefully checked before dispatch. By placing an order on our website, customers agree to the following return and refund terms.

Returns & Cancellations

• Orders can only be cancelled or modified before dispatch.

• Once the order has been dispatched to the courier partner, cancellation or return requests will not be accepted.

• The company reserves all rights regarding acceptance or rejection of cancellation and return requests.

Damaged Parcels / Transit Damage

• Jinal Resin Studio is not responsible for any damage caused during courier transit or handling after dispatch.

• Customers are requested to record an unboxing video while opening the parcel for safety and verification purposes.

Wrong Product Received

• If a customer receives a wrong product different from the original order, a clear unboxing video is mandatory for verification.

• Claims without proper unboxing video proof may not be accepted.

• Return shipping charges in such cases must be borne by the customer.

• After verification, suitable resolution such as replacement or store credit may be provided at the company's discretion.
